Vienna Boys' Choir

Founded in 1498 as part of the Vienna Hofmusikkapelle by Emperor Maximilian I for private masses and concerts for the court. Countless famous Composers and Conductors like Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart have worked with the Choirboys. In 1921 the Boys' Choir was turned into a private Organisation and has been giving concerts around the world since 1926.

Musikverein a.k.a. Gesellschaft der Musikfreunde in Wien

The Society of Friends Of Music was founded in 1812 by music loving people of the upper and middle class to promote musical life. After extensive success and struggling with to little room over the years, it was relocated to a larger building on the Karlsplatz in 1912. It also includes a conservatory, a music collection and a library. It is also home to the Vienna Philharmonic Orchestra
